FAQs
Why do my clothes smell when they arrive?
Don't worry, this isn't unusual - it's from a product applied during the printing process and isn't permanent. We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for our designs. To help the ink bond to the fabric, we use a fixative (sometimes called a pre-treatment). Without this, the ink would flake off the garment.
The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell are permanent and both should disappear after one wash.
When can I expect my delivery?
Our items are usually delivered in 5-10 working days (in Germany). In individual cases, slight delays may occur, depending on the order situation. Please note that we cannot speed up the shipping of individual orders, even upon request. Further information at Payment and Shipping

Is sustainability important in production?
Digital textile printing with GOTS certification
In our production processes and the materials we use, we attach great importance to sustainability, social responsibility and the highest product quality. Our GOTS-certified production guarantees that strict environmental regulations are adhered to during the manufacture and finishing of the textiles. This includes avoiding harmful chemicals, using water and energy sparingly and using organic cotton. In this way, we actively contribute to protecting our environment.
The use of organic cotton and the avoidance of harmful chemicals during printing make our textiles particularly skin-friendly and allergy-friendly. This is not only good for you, but also for our employees in production.
Are there any special care instructions?
Washing instructions for printed textiles
Please follow these instructions to ensure the longevity and quality of your printed textiles.
- Use a washing machine with a gentle cycle.
- Set the washing temperature to a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius.
- Use a mild detergent suitable for printed fabrics. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as they can damage the colours and print.
- Turn the textiles inside out before washing to protect the print.
- Choose a low spin setting to minimize stress on the fabric.
- Ideally, dry the printed textiles in the air or use a gentle cycle in the dryer at a low temperature.
- Do not iron the printed areas on the back of the fabric or place an ironing cloth over them to avoid direct contact between the iron and the print.
